At Digitally Transform Me Ltd, we strive for excellence and partnership. To ensure high-quality results and maintain project timelines, we operate under the following review guidelines.
1. Included Revisions
We believe in getting it right. Unless otherwise specified in your project proposal, all design and website packages include:
- Two (2) Rounds of Revisions: A “round” constitutes a consolidated list of feedback or changes provided by the client after a milestone delivery (e.g., a homepage mockup or a branding concept).
- Minor Tweaks: Small adjustments such as typo corrections, color shade shifts, or swapping a single image are generally included and do not count toward a full revision round, provided they are requested during the review period.
2. The Design-to-Development “Lock”
To maintain efficiency, we follow a strict sign-off process:
- Phase 1 (Design): This is the time for experimentation. Once a design mockup is approved, it is considered “Locked.”
- Phase 2 (Development): Once we begin coding or building the approved design, the structure is set. Requests to change the layout, functionality, or core aesthetic after this point are outside the original scope.
3. Change of Mind & Scope Shifts
We understand that sometimes a vision evolves. However, because work is scheduled and resources are allocated based on the initial brief:
- Significant Changes: Any requests that deviate from the originally agreed-upon brief or the approved “Locked” design will be treated as a Change Request.
- Additional Charges: Change Requests or revisions beyond the included two rounds will incur an additional fee quoted at the time of the request.
- Restarting Work: If work has already been developed/coded and a “change of mind” requires us to dismantle or restart portions of the build, an additional Re-Development Fee will apply.
4. Feedback Quality & Timelines
To keep your project on track, we ask that:
- Feedback is Consolidated: Please provide feedback in one comprehensive document or email rather than multiple sporadic messages.
- Timely Responses: Feedback should be provided within 10 business days. Delays in feedback may result in a shift in the final delivery date or the project being moved to a “waitlist” status.
5. Final Approval
Upon the completion of the final revision round, we will request a Final Sign-Off. This signifies that the project is complete. Any changes requested after the final sign-off and site launch will be treated as a new maintenance task or a separate project.
